Q. Can I bring my personal clothing items to be washed.

A. Division Laundry is a commercial/industrial laundry; we do not provide residential services.

Q. Do you pick up and drop off to my home?

A. Division Laundry does not provide residential services.

Q. Is there a minimum amount of pounds needed to start service?

Q. Do you offer rental service?

A. Division Laundry's Sales Team will work with each client to design service package and price that works with each client's size and needs.

Q. How many pounds do I need to send for stain wash?

A. The amount needed to maximize the efficiency of our Stain Wash program is approximately 600 pounds.

Q. Do you provide back-up services?

A. Division Laundry can provide back-up services to your laundry to include full process service or press-only services.

Q. How much notice do you need for back-up service?

A. Typically 48 hour notice is sufficient, but please contact us with any urgent orders and we will do our best to provide services. (24 hour notice is preferred, but same day service is available; call us at 210-674-5110)

Q. Do you sell linen?

A. We sell healthcare linen and microfiber products. Contact us to review your needs.
